READ ME FIRST!

Unlike commissions, items are listed in USD. This is because I sell to help pay for students loans back home.

By purchasing any of my items you agree to these terms and conditions below, even if you choose not to read them before making a transaction with me. If I should update these terms after we have started a transaction, I will inform you of it and our transaction will still apply to the old terms you agreed to previously.

Payments

U.S. Buyers
I prefer Paypal, but you are also welcome to send money orders and checks to my U.S. home. A family member is available to deposit them into my bank account. If paying by Paypal, buyers are responsible for Paypal fees.

Other International Buyers
Paypal only. The payment needs to be in USD. Buyers are responsible for Paypal fees.

Payments must be received in three days. If this is an issue for you, please let me know and I'd be willing to extend it a little if you are really serious about buying and there are no other offers on the same item.

I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REMIND YOU TO PAY ME. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND MATURE ABOUT OUR TRANSACTION. If you're having issues, let me know first instead of ignoring my e-mails or giving me lame excuses after I have to remind you to pay. Honesty is key!

Shipping

Due to my working circumstances, I now ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I will ship all commissions using EMS or airmail. EMS comes with tracking; registered airmail can be purchased for an extra fee by the buyer if desired. EMS covers up to 20,000 yen in damages and airmail does not cover any lost or damage. Insurance is up to the buyer to purchase at an extra fee. Please let me know if you have a shipping preference when you state your interest in an item.

I will not ship your item(s) until payment has been received. In the case of checks/money orders, I will wait for them to clear before mailing out.

I am more than willing to mark your items as a gift, cut any tags off your items, and/or mark the value however you would like. Please understand that doing this is a risk, and that can only be compensated up to the marked amount if something happens to the package. I will not be held responsible.

I can do combined shipping, and will discount the price some to reflect this.

If for some reason your package is lost, I can inquire to the post office I mailed it from about it. I also keep all receipts as proof of mailing and can provide you with a scan of it upon request. I will not be held responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost packages if you do not request insurance or a method of shipping with tracking.

Etc.

I have two cats. They are not allowed (nor can they reach) the place I store my items, but please be aware of this if you have severe allergies. All items come from a non-smoking home.

I always try to give as much description as needed to accurately describe the the item. If you would like a more detailed description or more pictures, please let me know and I will happily provide them. Measurements for clothing are amateur, but I try to be as precise as possible.]

No claims or returns. I send out every item the way it is described; I am not responsible if the item doesn't fit or you change your mind, etc.

Stating that you will buy and pay for an item binds you to the transaction. If you do not pay for the item without good reason and deadbeat me, I will not sell to you again in the future and will add you to my deadbeat list.

I don't accept trades at this time.

DS/DT: Innocent World Animals of the Forest JSK (Pink)

I AM ONLY ACCEPTING TRADES FOR THIS SAME JSK IN AN "L" SIZE (although I don't believe it was released ;A;) OR FOR THE ANIMAL HARVEST JSK (in pink or ivory, L SIZE). I will also consider partial trades for skirts from the same series in L SIZE.

This JSK has been worn by a previous owner, but is in great condition. The reason I would like to trade this is that it's a bit small in the bust for me and also comes up quite short. For reference I'm 5'6" (165 cm) and I would not recommend this for anyone over 5'3" if you'd like to wear it at knee-length. Despite being shirred in the back, the bust only goes up to 88 cm.

There are no rips, stains, or other visible flaws. This dress is abosultely beautiful and it breaks my heart that it doesn't fit me well. The pink is darker than the picture shows; almost like a sweet lolita pink but a little more natural and not as bright.

I would prefer to trade this dress, but am also accepting reasonable offers in USD.

All items are in perfect condition. All items are printed on high quality paper, and some of the postcards have a sparkly sheen to them. Stunning artwork and would look lovely framed or a nice surprise in the mail to a friend.

This blouse is really cute and I'm so sorry to have to sell it, but unfortunately it is too tight on my bust since Bodyline's sizing chart was a little inaccurate.

It's new in the package with tags; I only took it out once to try on. It would best suit someone with a bust 34" (86-87 cm) and under. It could possibly go to 36" (90-91 cm), but you would need a slender waist or else it won't button down.

I'm using Bodyline's reference picture, which is accurate to the design and color. If you would like a proof of ownership photo please ask.

Rilakkuma Embroidery Brooch Scarf (Pink)

New with tags; not even tried on. The Rilakkuma brooch is removable. Pink fleece with pink embroidery. Perfect for winter, decora, and sweet lolita!

Dreskip Cream Top

Dreskip (a Japanese trend casual/girly brand) top. This top is really cute, but it's not very flattering on me. New without tags; only tried on.

I have almost a 38" bust and fits fine. the waist has elastic in it, so it could go up to an XL or so. For coordinate ideas with similar items by the same brand, visit here.

New, never worn. All bows hairties are the same size. The gingham patterned hair tie in the right picture is a slightly darker fuschia pink than those on the left, with a smaller checked pattern. The strawberry block ties are a bit larger than the bow-sized ties.
